For packaging and delivery, KLIBA NAFAG adapts to the needs of the customers. KLIBA NAFAG provides a wide range of options for all feeds: from small sachets to big bags and from simple paper bags to special packaging.

Standard packaging :

With no special customer demands, the standard feed is packed in standard paper bags. These bags meet the requirements of normal, conventional animal-keeping facilities.

Special packaging for irradiation :

For feeds that are exposed to irradiation to meet higher hygiene requirements, KLIBA NAFAG uses paper bags with an inner plastic bag or plastic bags in cardboard boxes. The plastic bags are hermetically sealed. This ensures that feed is protected against recontamination from the environment after irradiation.

Special packaging for autoclaving :

For autoclavable feeds, KLIBA NAFAG uses bags made of special, air-permeable paper. The additional perforation in these bags meet with the requirements for autoclaving and maximize elimination of microorganisms.

Depending on the feed and customer requirements, packaging sizes of 5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 25 kg in bags or big bags up to 750 kg can be provided. Packaging sizes of less than 5 kg in aluminum or plastic sachets are also available, to meet special requirements for the production of experimental feeds. 

After the manufacturing process, feeds are kept in KLIBA NAFAG’s special air-conditioned, climate-controlled warehouse until delivery to the customer. All deliveries, domestic and abroad, are carried out by professional transport companies, taking care about all necessary customs processes where required.
